The Crude Crew

The Crude Nature of OPEC
A Story of Fiefdoms and Warlords

8/13/2006

Before we are prepared to understand the connection between Islam, crude, and terror, it's essential that we know who the players are and how and when they came upon the scene. Understanding the ugly historical reality is in fact the principle tool we must deploy if we wish to diminish and postpone the relentless assault of Islam.

O.P.E.C. had eight founding fathers. Seven were Islamic; one was Socialist. They are all openly hostile to Jews, Christians, Israel, and America. The gang of five who control this violent fist are Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, and Libya. On the other hand we find come-latelies Algeria and Nigeria, in addition to Indonesia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Venezuela. Collectively, they control over 40% of the world's oil production.

Before one can develop a sensible strategy to clean up this mess, they must first come to know that the people who live under the OPECer's dominion have no control over their lives or access to the wealth beneath their feet. When you hear the phrase "it's their oil" it's important to know who currently benefits and who does not.

One must also understand that the status quo is lethal and inhuman. The West is currently enriching its enemy to the tune of one trillion dollars a year. That will manufacture a lot of jihadists and equip them quite nicely.

The crude portion of my contemporary report on Islamic terrorism opens with the formation of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, OPEC. Founded in 1960, the cartel didn't begin their assault on the free world until 1970. And by the end of the 1990s, the Nation of Islam was so well funded the eventual outcome was no longer in doubt. It is now a question of when the West will be destroyed, not if. In the last 12 months the price of OPEC crude has risen from $47/barrel in May 2005 to as high as $78/barrel in August of 2006. Al Jazeera is forecasting $380/barrel by 2015. And that my friends will fund a lot of terror.

The primary data source forming the basis for this presentation was compiled by the United States Department of Energy's Office of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, Analysis Division. Their research was last updated in 1998 by the U.S. Energy Information Administration. Collectively, these findings were made public and are available online so none of this is a secret, and none of it should be a surprise.

None of this is a surprise to God. Among the seven signs Yahshua predicted would come on the earth like birth bangs, increasing in scale and frequency, before the Tribulation, were "acts of terrorism" and "rumors of war." According to God, terrorist acts will increase in quantity and magnitude. He also speaks merchants, evil men, enriching themselves with ships and oil. So let's see if there is a connection between the terror He predicted and crude. And let's learn how Islam plays into this caustic and chaotic mix.

Saudi Arabia: No OPEC founder is more prototypical of the crude blend of Islam and Jihad, than is the fiefdom of Saud. To think of Saudi Arabia as an independent nation whose people somehow own its oil reserves is a fool's folly. It is instead nothing more than the property of an Islamic warlord.

Here are the facts: The Al Saud clan (the Saud of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, denoting who owns and controls the land) can be traced to date harvesters near Riyadh, where the family rose to warlord status in the small town of Najd. Their climb to power coincided with that of Islamic scholar Muhammad ibn Abd al Wahhab (1703-87). The fundamentalist Islamic cleric wrote and preached against leaders and traditions that he deemed were contrary to Allah and Islam, or Submission.

The religious dictator Wahhab, and the political jihadist Muhammad ibn Al Saud, swore an oath of allegiance in 1744 to establish a state ruled according to Islam, and thus in accordance with Muhammad's words and deeds. Collectively, by word and sword, they demanded that all political power be used to impose fundamentalist Islamic theology with them in control. It was a typical marriage of greedy cleric validating a wannabe king, and a wannabe king offering to fight to impose the religion of the cleric upon the masses.

By 1765 Wahhabism, or fundamentalist Islam, backed by the jihadist threats of Al Saud, dominated much of the Arabian political, religious, and social landscape. Then after Muhammad ibn Saud died in 1765, his son, Abd al Aziz continued the Wahhabi advance. In 1802 Saud-Wahhabi Islamic militants reached and destroyed the Shi'a holy city of Karbala, leveling the shrine Shi'ites had built commemorating the assassination of their spiritual forefather, Husayn, the martyred grandson of the prophet Muhammad. The following year, the Saud-Wahhabi jihadists conquered Mecca and Medina, destroying the monuments that had been erected for prayers to Muslim saints. The assault on this region created a conflict with the pillar of Islam which requires a pilgrimage to Mecca. So the Ottoman sultan ordered the recapture of the religious sites and leagued with Egyptian forces to regain control over Allah's house, the Ka'aba.

Following six years of Egyptian interference, the Al Sauds reestablished their political and religious control of the village of Najd in 1824 and they parlayed that into control of Riyadh shortly thereafter. While there was nothing nearing a "state" of Saudi Arabia, the Sauds had sufficient military resources to collect tribute payments from neighboring tribes. They minimized the internal rebellions and strife that plagued their intolerant religious, dictatorial political, and ruthless militant rule by externalizing the enemy - pitting the British and Ottomans against each other. But after a series of assassinations, the Saud family devolved into competing factions which inspired infighting and civil war. Their rival, Al Rashid, rose in power as a result, and in 1891, Muhammad ibn Rashid placed Riyadh under the nominal control of Al Saud leader Abd ar Rahman, while real control remained in the hands of his own garrison. When the Al Sauds, under ar Rahman, attempted to assert their authority, the Al Rashid clan drove them out of Riyadh, forcing them to take refuge in Kuwait.

So it was in 1902 that Abd al Aziz, the eldest son of Abd ar Rahman, the Saud warlord (his full name was Abd al-Aziz bin Abd al-Rahman (slave to Muhammad's first Qur'anic god) al Saud), led a small jihadist force on a raid that captured the town of Riyadh from the rival Islamic warlord Muhammad ibn Rashid. With that foothold he cultivated his Wahhabi connections, establishing himself as the Al Saud warlord to be reckoned with and as a Wahhabi imam, or fundamentalist Islamic religious leader. Aziz al Saud led a 30-year armed campaign against civilian centers to capture and control much of the Arabian Peninsula, forging treaties with various tribes by way of bribe and threat. In 1921 his Saud-Wahhabi forces defeated the militants of rival warlord Al Rashid at Hail, and in 1924, they ousted the Egyptian-Ottoman garrisons at Mecca and Medina.

It wasn't until September of 1932 that the United Kingdom, having won control of the Middle East from the Ottoman Turks in World War One, gave Arabia to Abd al Aziz ibn Abd ar-Rahman Al Saud. The region was a gift, or more correctly a bribe, for his performance as a warlord fighting his Muslim brothers on behalf of the Brits (actually it was on behalf of himself but the Brits are easily fooled). He named his fiefdom after himself, calling Arabia "the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia." It wasn't, however, much of a prize, or so it seemed at the time. The Saud-Wahhabi "state" was devastated economically throughout the 1930s. But then geologists discovered the world's largest, best quality, and most easily extracted crude oil deposits.

Following the warlord abd al Aziz ibn Abd ar-Rahman Al Saud's death in 1953, Saud succeeded his father as king in a reign largely characterized by wasteful state spending and the extreme polarization of wealth. In 1964 the "royal family" deposed Saud and appointed his half-brother, Faisal, as king. Under his rule, Islam was rendered less important than money. The Saudis claimed neutrality during the Six-Day War between Arab and Israeli forces. In the Muslim Yom Kippur surprise attack against Israel in 1973, the Saudis elected not to participate militarily but they did join the Arab oil boycott of the United Sates.

For this, King Faisal was assassinated by one of his nephews. The nephew sought revenge for the killing of his brother by police during a 1965 demonstration by religious conservatives who were protesting the first television broadcast in the kingdom (a recitation from the Qur'an!). Ownership of the country was bequeathed to Faisal's half-brother, Crown Prince Khalid. He ended political dissent when he had all the fundamentalist Islamic rebels who had overtaken Mecca beheaded. Ihalid's half-brother, Crown Prince Fahd, ascended to the throne following Khalid's death in 1982.

Another of Al-Aziz al Saud's sons, and another half-brother, Crown Prince Abd Allah (slave to Allah) bin Abd al-Aziz al Saud is the dictator of Saudi Arabia today. And he, being a good Muslim, has been the principle financier of Islamic terrorism since his rise to power in 1995. King Abd Allah's father decreed that only he and his sons were to control Arabia. In other words, they own the Saudi Peninsula. It is their fiefdom. A fiefdom is defined as lands controlled by a feudal lord where the people are controlled by a particular person or group. Feudalism, as it existed in medieval Japan, China, and Europe, and as it exists today in most all Islamic nations, and especially Saudi Arabia, is fascist in nature, and thus militaristic, dictatorial, and intolerant in its economic, political, religious, and social systems.

Therefore, it would be false to assume that Saudi Arabia has a long or distinguished history as an independent state or that Arabs benefited by the British bribe of land to the Saud warlords. The crude reserves aren't owned by the populace or even the state, but instead by the descendants of Islamic warlords.

Political parties are illegal in Saudi Arabia as is the practice of any religion other than Islam/Submission. The flag is emblazoned with the Muslim creed: "There is no god by Allah; Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah" above an Islamic saber.

This sparsely inhabited, barren and lifeless land is one-fifth the size of the United States, or about 1.9 million sq. km. There are 21 million Saudis, with 6 million non-nationals doing 90% of the labor (5.5 million of these foreign workers provide nearly 100% of the manpower and technology associated with the extraction and sale of crude). The median age, like most of the Islamic word, is very young (22 years old), and thus volatile. The nation, according to the C.I.A., is 100% Islamic. The legal system is based exclusively on Shari'a Law - and thus on the example and words of Muhammad - a terrorist, thief, mass-murderer, anti-Semite, slave-trader, pedophile, and rapist.

Saudi's dictatorial family controls 25% or the world's petroleum reserves and is the largest exporter. As such, these warlords play the dominant role in the monopolistic cartel known  as OPEC. Oil exports represent 90% of the "nation's," or more accurately, family's, earnings. The Saudi ruling clan extracts 9.5 million barrels of petroleum a day ($241 billion/year) - eighteen percent of which is imported into the United States. These Islamic warlords "own" (actually control) reserves exceeding 260 billion barrels, or $18.3 trillion. These assets have served, and continue to serve, as the primary financial mechanism behind the spread of fundamental Islam, and with it, Islamic terrorism.

In 1990, the United States out-bargained Osama ben Laden for the right to defend Saudi Arabia from the Iraqis, a victory that led directly to 9/11. As further thanks, the Saudi warlords completely expelled the United States military from their fiefdom in 2003, taking over all U.S. bases (one of which the U.S. had just invested $5.0 billion to upgrade).

Iran: Known as Persia until 1935, when it was a British colony, Iran became an Islamic republic in 1979. It was then that the monarchy foolishly established by the U.K., through Carter's bumbling lost its American support and was overthrown. Fundamentalist Islamic clerics established a theocratic and dictatorial regime in which all political and religious authority was vested by Islamic "scholars." The first act of business for these esteemed Muslim clerics was the kidnapping and detention of American Embassy personnel.

Over the next 8 years, these sectarian Shi'a Muslims fought a bloody and indecisive war with the secular Sunni regime in Iraq. With the establishment of Hizballah, Allah's Party, the Islamic clerics have managed to infiltrate and control Syria and Lebanon by way of terrorism. The universally proclaimed, yet completely misguided, hope of Western political and media leaders that liberalization, secularism, and reform were on Iran's horizon, has now been completely dashed with consistent election wins in the powerless parliamentary by the most fundamentalist Muslims.

Iran sits between the Persian Gulf and the Caspian Sea, and shares extensive borders with Iraq and Pakistan. The new country is about the size of Alaska. There are 69 million Iranians with a median age of less than 25 years. The Islamic Iranian population has more than doubled over the last 20 years. It will double again over the next twenty years.

The Islamic Republic is 89% Shi'a and 9% Sunni Muslim. The million Jews left over from the Babylonian exile have been expelled. Iran's constitution codifies Islamic principles of government, and therefore is completely repressive. The chief of state is the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Hoseini-Khamenei. The President is the world's clown, Mahmud Ahmadi-Nejad. In the June 2005 election, he won 63% of the popular vote. The Ayatollah, however, appoints all religious and governmental ministers and asserts complete control over them. The powerless Islamic Consultative Assembly is dominated by a four-to-one margin by "conservative Islamists" according to the CIA. While political parties have been allowed to form recently, most are Islamic, Revolutionary, and Militant, and are known by such names as "Militant Clerics Society," "Islamic Iran Front," "Islamic Labor Party," the "Martyrdom Party," the "Islamic Revolution Organization," and the "Builders of Islamic Iran," the party which is currently the most popular.

The Islamic Republic's flag features a stylized Arabic rendering of Allah in a shape which symbolizes martyrdom with the Islamic Prayer of Fear "Allah Akbar" (meaning "Allah is the Greatest"). This declaration of war is repeated 11 times each on the top and bottom of the flag. They are the same words Muhammad screamed before he terrorized Arab and Jewish towns. These are the words each of the 9/11 suicide bombers chanted as they murdered 3,000 Americans. They are the words Muslims scream as they mutilate their neighbors in Iraq, dancing in jubilation over mangled bodies. It is a confession that too few understand.

According to the CIA, "Iran's economy is marked by a bloated, inefficient state sector, over reliance on the oil sector, and statist policies that create major distortions throughout." Most all economic activity is controlled by the state, making the nation fascist in that private ownership of some small businesses and land is permissible. The clerics now possess $40 billion in foreign exchange reserves, a weapon they ruthlessly wield in the face of Western politicians. Yet unemployment and inflation remain very high because the Islamic clerics aren't very good at sharing. Forty percent of the population lives below the poverty line. The most Islamic of nations prefers instead to invest an inordinate proportion of its oil revenues into the development of weapons of mass destruction.

The Islamic clerics in control of the Islamic Republic of Iran benefit from the extraction of 4.0 billion barrels of crude per day ($102 billion annually). Team Islam is in complete control of a crude war chest of proven reserves totaling 133 billion barrels ($9.4 trillion) - nearly 15% of the worlds store of fuel. They also extract 79 billion cubic meters of natural gas annually with 27 trillion cubic meters of natural gas reserves valued at $13.5 quadrillion (natural gas is priced at $500 per thousand cubic meters). Iran's largest trading partners are Germany, France, Italy, China and Russia while Japan, China, and Italy consume the preponderance of the nation's crude.

Iraq: Formerly part of the Ottoman Empire (Turkish Islam), Iraq was occupied by Britain during the course of World War I. In 1920, a state was declared by a League of Nations mandate, placing the Ottoman colony under the United Kingdom's administration and authority. British arrogance and blundering turned Iraq into a monarchy in 1932. A "republic" was proclaimed in 1958, but in actuality, a series of military thugs ruled the country, the latest being Saddam Hussein.

Religious and political bickering among secular and sectarian OPECers led to an inconclusive and costly eight-year war (1980-88) with Iran. Restless without a fight and insatiably greedy, in August 1990, the power-coveting Marxist-Muslim-Fascist warlord seized Kuwait from its OPEC emirs. But sadly, the United States rushed to the defense of those who had used oil as a weapon against America less than twenty years earlier.

Following Kuwait's return to Islamic submission in 1991, the U.N. Security Council required Iraq to scrap all weapons of mass destruction and allow UN verification inspections. Iraqi noncompliance with UNSC resolutions over a period of years is said to have led to the U.S. invasion of Iraq in March 2003. Iraq was said to have ties to al-Qaeda, and thus to 9/11, neither of which were true. Iraq was said to have nuclear ambitions and to have purchased substantial amounts of Uranium, but that proved untrue as well. Iraq was said to be poised to deploy its weapons of mass destruction on Americans - only there weren't any. So then it was said that Iraq will be made democratic, and thus a nation which no longer manufactures terrorists. Sadly, America did not know that Islam was fundamentally opposed to choice, and that by allowing choice, the people would empower the same Shi'ite clerics who threaten the world in Iran. The removal of Saddam Hussein's secular government opened a door through which the fundamentalist Islamic clerics walked through. This war was not only winless, America was assured of leaving Iraq worse than they found it the day George W. Bush ignorantly, selfishly, and egotistically decided to invade.

I'm not using hindsight to criticize what is becoming America's most foreboding blunder. Six months before America invaded Iraq, I not only predicted publicly that we would do so, but said that by doing so America would become entangled in another Vietnam - unable to win and unable to distinguish between friend and foe. In writing and on radio, I told everyone who would listen that the consequence of an American invasion of Iraq would be the establishment of an Islamic government sponsored by the Shia mullahs in Iran. It was obvious then. It is obvious now. How is it then that 85% of Republicans see the sacrifice of 2,500 Americans dead, 25,000 Americans wounded, $500 billion squandered, and 30,000 Iraqi dead as a good thing when all it did was facilitate an inept government sponsored and controlled by Shia clerics with direct ties to Teheran?

With the populace ignorant and apathetic, American forces remain in Iraq. They have become target practice for aspiring jihadists, turning Iraq into the single most dangerous, deadly, and dysfunctional society on earth. Islamic law will be imposed just as it was in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Iran and Iraq will become one, just as Syria and Lebanon are owned and operated by the Muslim mullahs. The purple fingers said that Kurds voted for Kurdish independence, that the Shia voted for their imams as their imams told them to do, and the Sunni voted for no one, as they were instructed. Their red hands say that they hate America and don't want them there. Let's oblige them.

Iraq is twice the size of Idaho, but apart from its oil, isn't worth a potato. The climate is as hostile as its people; the land as desolate as their souls. Almost 27 million people live in this hell hole. Their median age is perfect for jihad - 19.6 years. 97% of Iraqis are Muslims (65% Shi'a, 35% Sunni). The remaining 3% are in the process of being killed. The Iraqi flag which now adorns American tanks and bases in Iraq says "Allahu Akbar" - Allah is the Greatest! It is the slogan all Islamic terrorists shout as they demonstrate the true nature of Islam.

Apart from black ooze, there is no economy in Iraq. Like each of these fiefdoms, 95% of their foreign exchange is derived from crude. Oil production is 2.1 million barrels a day, or just over $50 billion annually. Formally, this all went to Saddam Hussein, but now who knows where it goes. The economy and infrastructure are in shambles. The IMF is scrambling to bail the impoverished nation out of debt. Proven oil reserves are $7.9 trillion (113 billion barrels), give or take a drop or two.

- - -

Kuwait: To think of Kuwait as an independent nation whose people somehow own its oil reserves, just as it was with Saudi Arabia, is a fool's folly. Here are the facts: Britain awarded the Al-Sabah clan total dominion over a newly formed Kuwait (1950 independence from British colonial rule) in June 1961 - creating an Islamic fiefdom. The Al-Sabah clan now controls 10% of the world's oil reserves (97 billion barrels, or $6.8 trillion). These dictators have played a major role in pro-Islamic and anti-West monopolistic pricing of crude oil.

The fiefdom, located between Iraq and Saudi Arabia, is smaller than New Jersey and has a population of 2.4 million, of which only 1.1 million are Kuwaiti citizens. Non-citizens make up 80% of the labor force. Muslims don't work, they seem incapable of doing anything productive (that is if you like me see Islamic terrorism, their only booming industry, as destructive).

The median age of the populace is just 25 years and the population, like all of the Islamic world, is exploding, growing at 4% compounded annually. This is a problem because throughout history every society whose median age has fallen to 25 years of less, has been plagued with riots, revolution, or sponsoring aggressive raids. And population explosions in weak economic environments always lead to destructive unrest. Islam (70% Sunni and 30% Shi'a) is the dominant religion, and as such, Islamic law prevails (and that means no democracy, no freedoms of speech, no women's rights, and no economic productivity). Islam means a man can have multiple wives and many children. Islam means that poverty, hopelessness, ignorance, indoctrination, intolerance, and hate prevail.

The formation of political parties is illegal in Kuwait, although it really doesn't matter. The only viable opposition comes from Shi'a activists and fundamental Sunni Islamicists. American troops didn't "liberate" Kuwait in 1991 - they returned it to its feudal lords.

Petroleum provides 97% of the fiefdom's export revenues with 2.4 million barrels a day ($61 billion/year). The Al-Sabah clan also enriches themselves through the export of an additional $44 billion annually of natural gas. The "nation," according to the C.I.A., is "wholly dependent upon food imports and produces virtually nothing."

In 1990, one of OPECs gang of five (Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, and Libya) attacked another. Kuwait was conquered by Iraq in less than a week. In an equivalent amount of time, the United States military ousted the Iraqis and handed the fiefdom back to its Islamic dictators.

- - -

Libya: Like each of the Islamic nations we have surveyed, Libya's present government is neither old nor good. Of them the CIA reports: "From the earliest days of his rule following the 1969 military coup, Colonel Muammar Abu al-Qadhafi has espoused his own political system, the Third Universal Theory. His doctrine is a combination of socialism and Islam." Qadahfi is one of many Muslim Marxists. The leadership of Egypt, Syria, the PLO, the Kurdish PPK, Sierra Leone's Revolutionary United Front, and the former leadership of Iraq all share a devotion to Socialism and Islam. Most other Muslim warlords are Islamic Fascists, as this very similar system is more conducive to wealth concentration.

According to CIA reports, "Qadhafi has always seen himself as a revolutionary and visionary leader. He used oil funds during the 1970s and 1980s to promote his ideology outside Libya, supporting subversives and terrorists abroad to hasten the end of non-Islamic Marxism and capitalism." Communism, like Fascism, is actually a capitalistic system and Islam, being equal parts politics and religion, is Socialistic and totalitarian. (All economic systems are capitalistic but not all political systems are totalitarian or religious. In both Fascist and Communistic economies, capital goods are produced by the capital assets of labor, property, and money. In practice, fascist controls over labor are actually more restrictive than in Socialist systems. The difference between them is that people can own property in a Fascist economy, although the benefit of this condition is mitigated unless the owner is part of the control structure.)

"Beginning in 1973, Qadhafi engaged in military operations in northern Chad to gain access to minerals and to use it as a base of influence. UN sanctions in 1992 isolated Qadhafi politically following the downing of Pan AM Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland. Libyan support for terrorism appeared to have decreased after the imposition of sanctions." In reality, it only took a new form. Qadhafi and his Marxist Islam is responsible for the horrible genocide and mutilations in Sierra Leone.

Poor dictators are dead despots. So running low on cash, during the 1990s, the syphilis-ridden Qadhafi began to rebuild his relationships with Europe. UN sanctions were suspended in April 1999 and finally lifted in September 2003 after Libya resolved the Lockerbie case, admitting guilt and accepting responsibility. Shortly thereafter, the Marxist Muslim resolved other cases against his government for terrorist activities, compensating the families of victims of the UTA and La Belle disco bombings. Then in December 2003, Libya announced that it had agreed to reveal and end its programs to develop weapons of mass destruction. It was simply a matter of lifestyle and economics. Qadhafi had no interest in crawling into the same hole fellow OPECer Saddam Hussein had dug for himself. Muammar Abu still owns and operates his own private fiefdom - one funded courtesy of the West.

Libya was conquered by Islamic barbarians in the late seventh century. The local population given the choice of Islam or death, chose submission. The fiefdom today is slightly larger than Alaska but arable land represents a scant 1% of that total. The population is less than 6 million - 97% of which are Muslim. The median age is 23 years, which while above Saudi Arabia and Iraq, is still among the least mature on earth.

Libya's only direct relationship with the United States is through their fellow OPEC emirs in the United Arab Emirates. Islam is the official state religion. The Libyan economy depends primarily upon revenues from the oil sector, which contribute about 95% of export earnings. As is the case with the other OPEC fiefdoms, "substantial revenues from the energy sector coupled with a small population give Libya one of the highest per capita GDPs in Africa, but little of this income flows down to the lower orders of society." OPEC enriches thugs, not people. In fact, if it were not for crude, the people who live in the land of Islam would be free of oppression. It costs a lot of money to maintain a dictatorship and without oil revenues, each and every Islamic nation would lose it oppressive grip on its people. Indoctrination and total suppression of freedoms and human rights is a very costly proposition, one that wouldn't be possible without crude.

Here are the numbers. Libya, and thus Qadhafi, produce 1.6 million barrels of oil a day, a personal allowance for the child who would be emperor of $40 billion a year. His reserve of black ooze exceeds $2.8 trillion. Natural gas reserves add another $650 billion to the Colonel's piggy bank. Muammar is OPEC's poster child.

United Arab Emirates: In 1971-2 the fiefdoms of Abu Zaby, 'Ajman, Al Fujayrah, Ash Shariqah, Dubayy, Umm al Qaywayn, and Ra's al Khaymah merged out of a UK protectorate to form the UAE. These represent the newest "state" in the OPEC cartel. Their first constitution wasn't even ratified until 1996. This conglomerate of seven emirates (a feudal realm under the control of an emir, or Islamic commander/warlord) is collectively smaller than Maine. The flat, barren desert wasteland hosts a population of just 2.6 million, 96% of which are Muslims. Islamic courts have dominion over all family and religious matters.

The highest constitutional authority in the UAE is the Federal Supreme Council which is composed of the seven emirate rulers (emir is Arabic for military commander). These seven warlords establish all political policies, sanction all federal legislation, and have complete veto power. The President and Vice President, for example are "elected" by the seven emirs. There are no political parties or descent in the UAE. According to the CIA, suffrage, meaning the right to vote, is nonexistent. Therefore, the seven emirs are in complete control of the people, the land, and the proven oil reserves of 98 billion barrels - 10% of the world's total supply ($6.9 trillion). They export 2.5 billion barrels a day ($64 billion annually). The only difference between the United Arab Emirates and other recently conceived Islamic states is that the Islamic commanders in control of the UAE are slightly more generous in the distribution of their ill-gotten gain.

- - -

Qatar: Like most Islamic states, Qatar is a fiefdom under the control of a Muslim warlord. Even during the time Qatar was a British war prize following World War One, it was ruled by the al-Thani family. According to the CIA, "During the late 1980s and early 1990s, the Qatari economy was crippled by a continuous siphoning off of petroleum revenues by the emir (Islamic military commander), who had ruled the country since 1972. His son, the current Emir Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, overthrew him in a coup in 1995. Qatar claims 1971 as the year of their independence, but from what is the question.

At just 11,000 square kilometers, Qatar is smaller than Connecticut. There are only 885,359 Qataris. They are 40% Arab, 18% Indian, 18% Pakistani, and 10% Iranian. More importantly, they are 95% Muslim.

The government is a standard religiously-supported dictatorial monarchy. Law in Qatari is a blend of Shari'a and the whim of the emir. Political parties, like dissent, are illegal. Proven oil reserves of 16 billion barrels ensure continued output at current levels for 23 years. After that time, they won't have to sell sand because their proven reserves of natural gas exceed 25 trillion cubic meters ($12 trillion), the third largest in the world.

Qatar's crude production is 790,500 barrels a day. Natural gas production is 31 billion cubic meters. This represents a combined income of $35 billion - not bad for less than a million people.

- - -

Nigeria: Nigeria was Britain's largest African colony - a nation conceived by and for European economic interests. Prior to independence, a succession of puppet leaders appointed by British authorities ensured that post-independence Nigerian politics would be dominated by Islamic dictators from the northern part of the country. Minority Christians in the south are denied political rights and they are routinely discriminated against.

Independence Day in Nigeria, October 1, 1960, was indeed followed by 16 years of Muslim military rule. A new constitution, and thus a new government and nation were formed in 1999. So it would be fair to say that the present state of Nigeria is infantile. The CIA warns: "The president faces the daunting task of reforming a petroleum-based economy, whose revenues have been squandered through corruption and mismanagement.. In addition, the Obasanjo administration must defuse longstanding ethnic and religious tensions, if it is to build a sound foundation for economic growth and political stability."

Nigeria is twice the size of California. The land is rich with 33% being arable. There is plenty of water, irrigating nearly 3,000 square kilometers of farmland. Nigeria is the only OPEC member that would be capable of feeding itself if they weren't so economically inept. And that's a big task because there are 131 million Nigerians. It is Africa's most populous nation.

The country's biggest problem, apart from Islam, terrorism, and corruption, is AIDS. Average life expectancy is just 47 years with over 300,000 succumbing to HIV/AIDS each year. 50% of Nigerians are Muslims and 40% are Christians. The Muslims live in poverty in the north while the Christians are prosperous in the south.

Oil-rich Nigeria, governed as it is by Muslims in the north, has long been hobbled by political instability, corruption, inadequate infrastructure, and poor economic management. Nigeria's military rulers, like their fellow Islamic warlords in Arabia, failed to diversify the economy away from its overdependence on the oil sector, which provides 95% of foreign exchange earnings, and about 65% of budgetary revenues. The largely subsistence agricultural sector has failed to keep up with rapid population growth. Once a large net exporter of food, now Nigerians must import food.

Sadly, Nigeria is now being destroyed by the New World Order's International Monetary Fund. Following the signing of an IMF agreement in 2000, Nigeria received a debt-restructuring deal from the Paris Club and a $1 billion credit from the IMF, both contingent on economic reforms that fit the IMF's socialist, fascist, and totalitarian agendas. The CIA reports that Nigeria pulled out of its IMF program in 2002, after failing to meet spending and exchange rate targets, making it ineligible for additional debt forgiveness from the Paris Club.

Hooked on aid and better trained, the Nigerian government began showing a willingness to implement the socialistic reforms urged by the IMF: centralizing their banking system, curbing inflation by blocking wage demands, and resolving disputes over the redistribution of earnings from the oil industry. Displaying its new fascist tendencies, Nigeria announced the privatization of the country's four oil refineries. Then placating the Socialists, the government instituted the National Economic Empowerment Development Strategy - a program modeled on the IMF's Marxist strategy for fiscal and monetary management, better known as Communism.

The social fascists called themselves a success because the Muslim Marxist GDP of Nigeria rose strongly in 2005. However, the growth was entirely based on increased oil exports at record high global crude prices. Having appeased the New World Order folks, in November 2005, Nigeria won Paris Club approval for a historic debt-relief deal that was designed to eliminate $30 billion worth of Nigeria's total $37 billion external debt. It's NWO hocus pocus. The socialist elitists get approval for transferring billions of dollars from their own productive citizens to the unproductive people in foreign lands by calling the redistribution of wealth "loans."  When the "loans" make the recipient more dependent and unproductive, the "loans" are written off, making the original transfer nothing more than a tool deployed to implement IMF control policies. The CIA says: "The deal first requires that Nigeria repay roughly $12 billion in arrears to its bilateral creditors [to the bankers who personally benefit from the IMF]. Nigeria would then be allowed to buy back its remaining debt stock at a discount [fancy language for "stiffing the taxpayers who provided 30 of the $37 billion"]. The deal also commits Nigeria to more intensified IMF reviews." It's the modern version of giving Opium to China.

Even artificially propped up by crude, Nigerian per capita GDP is an embarrassing $1,400. Oil production is 2.5 billion barrels a day, or just over $60 billion annually. Natural gas production adds another $10 billion. Yet the nation with proven oil reserves valued at $2.5 trillion stiffed those who loaned it money because the IMF was interested in supporting OPEC's monopolistic price-inflating production restraints. It's easy to see who their allegiance is to. Nearly half of Nigeria's overpriced crude is purchased by the United States taxpayers whose loans were not repaid.

The CIA's parting salvo regarding Nigeria, said that the nation was: "a transit point for heroin and cocaine intended for European, East Asian, and North American markets. It is a safe haven for Nigerian narcotraffickers operating worldwide. It is a major money-laundering center with massive corruption and criminal activity. Nigeria remains on the Financial Action Task Force Non-Cooperative Countries and Territories List for continued failure to address deficiencies in money-laundering control regime."

There is a lot more to Nigeria that the CIA doesn't seem open to discussing. In the North, Islamic terrorists are now targeting schools and killing women and children in significant numbers. Governor Tinubu of the Lagos State, a Muslim himself, claims that Islamic clerics "are deliberately dismantling the Nigerian nation by pressurizing him to permanently establish Shari'a law." A time will come when being a Christian will become a criminal offense.

When a student-led Islamic organization launched an armed uprising in May with the aim of setting up a Taliban-style Muslim state in northern Nigeria, the authorities were swift to quell the insurrection. However, the militant emergence of the Al Sunna Wal Jamma (Followers of the Prophet) group is a confirmation that Islamic terrorist groups have found a sufficient foothold in northern Nigeria. Africa's most populous country is going to be a theatre for religious violence and terrorism. The Followers of the Prophet received their education in the use of weapons.

Residents in Kanamma, a small town in Yobe State in northeast Nigeria, recall that fundamentalist Muslims first set up camp in the outskirts of the small town near the Niger border in 2004. They came into town to preach how to attain Islamic purity. However, they showed a complete lack of respect for personal and human rights. They treated other people's property as if it were their own. Then they began killing. The Al Sunna Wal Jamma initially attacked police stations, killing the police, stripping the buildings of guns and ammunition, and then burning them to the ground. Retreating to a grammar school, they hoisted the Afghani flag, spoiling for more violence. Twenty people were killed during subsequent clashes. Fortunately, most were Islamic militants. The Inspector General of Police in charge of the northeast said that most of the militants were children "of notable Nigerians" - in other words, they were raised by the Marxist Muslim warlords in control of the country and its oil. Nigeria is poised for the emergence of a pro-Taliban/al-Qaeda Islamic government.

I say this because in the past four years, twelve states in northern Nigeria have adopted the strict Islamic or Shari'ah law. It is now illegal to say anything critical of Muhammad, Allah, or Islam. It is now illegal, under penalty of death, to reject the Islamic religion. The penalty is now the amputation of limbs for stealing, stoning to death for adultery, and public flogging for drinking alcohol.

The adoption of Shari'ah has heightened tensions and between Muslims and Christians. 2,000 people were killed in 2000 alone as a result of the sermons of Islamic imams.

Nigerian security agencies have voiced concerns about the activities of Islamic preachers whom they fear are "radicalizing" Muslims in the north. Many are suspected of having links to terrorist groups. Several Afghan and Pakistani preachers have been arrested and deported because they could not give satisfactory explanations of their mission in Nigeria. The daily newspaper Punch reported at the same time that Mohammed Suleiman al-Nalfi, wanted in connection with the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center in New York, had been arrested in the Lagos state. Al-Nalfi has since pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit terrorism after revealing al Qaeda links during his trial.

Security officials say an additional reason for increased vigilance is the fact that Nigeria was mentioned alongside Jordan, Morocco and Saudi Arabia in a tape released by Osama bin Laden, as a country where Muslims need to be liberated. Yet the Muslim Marxist government of Nigeria, in their perverted and vocal hatred and envy, blame America and Israel for causing Arab Muslim terrorism in Nigeria. And it is this same Islamic terrorism which has prompted Muslims to murder and mutilate 2.5 million Africans and Christians in the Sudan.

November 25th, 2002 was a low-water mark for Islam in Nigeria. Churches were destroyed during riots associated with the Miss World Pageant. 200 people were killed and 500 were injured because a newspaper correctly suggested that Muhammad was a sexual pervert. The demonstrations came in response to a November 16th ThisDay newspaper article about the Miss World contest. The article, written by a style reporter who has since resigned, questioned the sincerity of Muslim groups who had attacked the pageant as indecent. "The Muslims thought it was immoral to bring 92 women to Nigeria and ask them to revel in vanity," the piece said. "What would Muhammad think? In all honesty, he would probably have chosen a wife from one of them."

Muslim clerics inspired the resulting violence out of a desire to project their power over the politicians. The Supreme Council, an influential group of Islamic scholars, said that unless the authorities took action against ThisDay, it could "not restrain the Muslims here from taking whatever action they deem appropriate." The Muslim mobs must have thought it was "appropriate" then to kill hundreds of people and burn their churches and not be held accountable for it. Since Islamic law has governed the north for the past two years these criminal acts were in fact legal.

Recently, there has been evidence of "oil company terrorism" too. A documentary film called The Drilling Fields details "the dreadful environmental vandalism that oil multinational Shell has visited upon the Niger delta region in southern Nigeria and the extremely brutal measures that Nigeria's military rulers have taken on behalf of the Anglo-Dutch oil giant to crush the mass movement that has developed."

Shell struck oil in the Niger delta in the late '50s and soon became the Nigerian warlords' largest source of revenue. Oil was at the center of the 1967 Biafran civil war when the oil-rich region tried to secede. More than 1 million people died in that conflict and war-related famine. Since the '50s oil money has poured from the delta into the coffers of Shell and into the pockets of the corrupt Muslims in the government and the military high command. Shell is seen as being the hand in the glove of the Marxist Muslim dictators.

According to official statistics, between 1976 and 1991, there were 2,976 spills in the delta pouring 2 million barrels of oil into the environment. The Ogoni people began to protest and the military's response has been brutal. In 1990, at the first protest, Nigerian Mobile Police swept in. They killed 80 and destroyed 495 homes. Shell withdrew its staff, costing it 28,000 barrels of oil per day. In the three months which followed, military-orchestrated attacks took the lives of more than 1,000 people and left 30,000 homeless.

Algeria: Sharing its eastern border with Libya, the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria is another Marxist Muslim nation without much of a history. After more than a century of rule by France, Algerians fought through much of the 1950s to achieve "independence" by way of a socialist military dictatorship in 1962.

Algeria's dominant political party, the Marxist National Liberation Front (FLN), has controlled the political agenda ever since. However, Islam has risen its ugly head. The surprising success of the Islamic Salvation Front (FIS) in 1991 balloting spurred the Algerian army to intervene and cancel further elections to prevent what the secular elite feared would be a fundamentalist Islamic state. The military began a crack down on the Islamic Salvation Front that spurred FIS supporters to begin terrorizing government and civilian targets.

In the wake of this violence, the Marxist government later allowed elections featuring pro-government and moderate religious-based parties. Being fundamentalists, the Islamic Salvation Front was barred from participation. As a result, Islamic terrorism increased. The fighting escalated into a civil war between secularists and sectarians (Marxists and Muslims) which saw intense fighting between 1992 and 1998. The vicious conflict resulted in over 100,000 deaths - most attributed to indiscriminate massacres of villagers by Muslim militants. It is a shame that the only thing Islam is good at, is bad.

According to the CIA, which has no agents embedded in the fundamentalist Islamic world, "the government gained the upper hand in 1999. The Islamic Salvation Front's armed wing, the Islamic Salvation Army, disbanded in January 2000. However, small numbers of armed militants persist in confronting government forces and conducting ambushes and occasional attacks on villages."

The Algerian army placed Abdelaziz Bouteflik in the presidency in 1999 in a fraudulent election but claimed neutrality in his 2004 landslide reelection victory. The CIA says, "Longstanding problems continue to face Bouteflik in his second term, including the ethnic minority Berbers' ongoing autonomy campaign, large-scale unemployment, a shortage of housing, unreliable electrical and water supplies, government inefficiencies and corruption, and the continuing activities of extremist [read "Islamic"] militants. Algeria must also diversify its petroleum-based economy, which has yielded a large cash reserve but which has not been used to redress Algeria's many social and infrastructure problems."

It's a mystery as to why the CIA would label the Berbers as a minority when they represent 99% of the population. But it's not a mystery as to why they call Muslim militants "extremists." The intelligence agency is ignorant of Islam.

Nearly four times the size of Texas, Algeria hosts a population of 33 million. The median age, at 24.7 years, is ripe for jihad. 99% of Algerians are Muslims and Islam is the official state religion.

Because Marxists are second only to Muslims in economic ineptitude, the Algerian economy is in shambles. 95% of export revenues are from hydrocarbons. Algeria has the seventh-largest reserves of natural gas in the world and is the second-largest gas exporter. The Marxist Muslim regime ranks 14th in oil reserves.

The CIA reports: "Sustained high oil prices in recent years, along with macroeconomic policy reforms supported by the International Monetary Fund [read: the IMF transferred American money to Algeria to further their socialist ideals], have helped improve Algeria's financial and macroeconomic indicators. Algeria is running substantial trade surpluses [that are 95% oil and gas based, and are thus the result of soaring crude prices] and building up record foreign exchange reserves [at the expense of the West]. Real GDP has risen due to higher oil output and increased government spending. The government's continued efforts to diversify the economy by attracting foreign and domestic investment outside the energy sector, however, has had little success in reducing high unemployment and improving living standards. The population is becoming increasingly restive due to the lack of jobs [23% unemployment] and housing and frequently stages protests, which have resulted in arrests and injuries, including some deaths as government forces intervened to restore order. Structural reform within the economy, such as development of the banking sector and the construction of infrastructure, moves ahead slowly hampered by corruption and bureaucratic resistance." Marxism doesn't make Muslims better.

Oil production is 1.4 billion barrels a day ($35 billion annually) and natural gas production exceeds 82 billion cubic meters ($41 billion annually). Reserves are $875 billion and $2.3 trillion respectively.

Indonesia: According to the United States CIA, Indonesia is not only a very new country, it is a very Islamic country. They wrote: "The Dutch began to colonize Indonesia in the early 17th century; the islands were occupied by Japan from 1942 to 1945. Indonesia declared its independence after Japan's surrender, but it required four years of intermittent negotiations, recurring hostilities, and UN mediation before the Netherlands agreed to relinquish its colony. Indonesia is the world's largest archipelagic state and home to the world's largest Muslim population."

The CIA would go on to say that Indonesia manifests all of the traits of an Islamic population: "Current issues include: alleviating poverty, preventing terrorism, consolidating democracy after four decades of authoritarianism, implementing financial sector reforms, stemming corruption, and holding the military and police accountable for human rights violations."

At 1.9 million square miles, and with 17,500 islands, the archipelago of Indonesia is three times the size of Texas. The population, 245 million, is near that of the United States. Like all Islamic countries, they are suffering from a population explosion with the median age a frightening 26 years. 90% of Indonesians are Muslims.

Indonesia, like all Islamic countries, is unable to develop or sustain a viable economy. Speaking to this issue, the CIA wrote: "Indonesia has struggled to overcome financial crisis, and still grapples with high unemployment, a fragile banking sector, endemic corruption, inadequate infrastructure, a poor investment climate, and unequal resource distribution." Such is the story and history of Islam. The average income per capita is $3,600. Without oil revenues, this sub-subsistence level is universal in the Islamic world. Even with rapidly diminishing reserves, petroleum and natural gas dominate Indonesia's economy. Unfortunately, the archipelago is now consuming as much oil as it is producing (1.1 million barrels a day, $28 billion/year). Natural gas production of 83 billion cubic meters at the current price of $500 per thousand cubic meters equates to $40 billion annually with reserves exceeding one trillion dollars. And even with its oil and gas profits, Indonesia is a net recipient of $43 billion in foreign aid which means that the West, and especially America, is propping up this Islamic government.

While Indonesia is the only Islamic democracy, by any measure its hold is tenuous, and its history of social and political instability is legend. The first two presidents, Sukarno and Suharto, were dictators garbed in democratic rhetoric. Political freedoms were virtually nonexistent until the late-1990s, and that's because Islamic religious organizations became politicized and started opposing Suharto's rule. The "Nationalist-Islam Alliance" has become the central force in Indonesian politics, leading directly to the downfall of Suharto's dictatorship. Abdurrahman (Slave to ar-Rahman (Muhammad's first Qur'anic god) Wahid, leader of Nahdlatul Ulama Islamic organization, became president in 1999.

This recent process was fraught with peril. Sensing his political base weakening, Suharto turned from suppressing Islamic fundamentalism, to embracing militant and conservative Muslims who were willing to trade political support for patronage of their agenda. Suharto's turn toward militant Islam led to chaos. Acts of violence erupted throughout the archipelago. Churches were defaced and burned. Mobs lynched people accused of anti-Islamic tendencies. Christians and Muslims who had long lived side by side suddenly waged war.

These trends have persisted even since Suharto's fall. Churches in Indonesian cities have continued to be bombed. Ethnic conflict in Irian Jaya, Ambon, Aceh, and other areas has intensified. The reasons for the trends many believe is that fundamentalist salafi Muslims want to promote destabilization in order to justify the establishment of an Islamic state.

The Bush administration has tried to bribe Indonesia into fighting Islamic terrorism with a mixture of increased aid and trade concessions, but it has been a poor bargain. The government and the people of Indonesia openly oppose the United States. While their hands are open for U.S. dollars, the people at the behest of Islamic clerics boycott American goods and routinely demand diplomatic breaks with the West.

By way of history, Indonesia became Islamic starting in the 13th century by way of business and brutality. Muslims sought spices, rubber, and teak. But as trade grew, so did the violence. In the 16th century, the Spanish and British spread Islam to the outer islands when they closed the main harbors to any trade but their own. And under European colonialism, Islam provided a common language for discontent and armed resistance.

Today, Indonesia is at great risk of becoming nothing more than the 51st Islamic cesspool, another breeding ground for terrorists. If we use history to predict the future, Indonesia's is dark and dreary. The great tsunami of 2004 that killed 100,000 of her people will be the least of the nation's problems.

Venezuela: In 1830, Venezuela was one of three countries that emerged from the collapse of Gran Colombia (the others being Ecuador and New Granada, which became Colombia). For most of the first half of the 20th century, Venezuela was ruled by military dictators empowered by the oil industry. Democratically elected governments have held sway since 1959, although the current Socialist regime is as anti-American and anti-Semitic as Islam's OPECers.

According to the CIA: "Current concerns include: a weakening of democratic institutions, political polarization, a politicized military, drug-related violence along the Colombian border, increasing internal drug consumption, overdependence on the petroleum industry with its price fluctuations, and irresponsible mining operations that are endangering the rain forest and indigenous peoples."

Just over 25 million Venezuelans live in a tropical environment about twice the size of California. Like fellow OPECers, the nation is destabilized by a median male population of 25.4 years. At 96 %, Venezuela is a Roman Catholic enclave. These people overwhelmingly elected Hugo Chavez Frias, as head of state - a man who competes with Iran's president for the title of the world's most classless clown.

Venezuela continues to be highly dependent on the petroleum sector, accounting for roughly one-third of GDP, around 80% of export earnings, and over half of government operating revenues. Government income was recently bolstered by increased tax collection, which has surpassed its 2005 collection goal by almost 50%. Venezuela continues to be a primary source of crude oil for the US market. Both inflation and unemployment remain fundamental problems. 47% of the Venezuelan people struggle to survive, living in destitute poverty. GDP per capita is just $6,100.

Crude exports are set at 2.1 million barrels a day--$50 billion a year. Natural gas production adds another $15 billion annually to the socialist coffers. 55% of Venezuelan crude is purchased by the United States. Proven oil reserves are valued at $5 trillion.

Venezuela is the only non-Islamic member of OPEC. Yet demonstrating how similar Roman Catholicism is to Islam in practice, there is relatively little that distinguishes this sore thumb from the rest of the fist.
